Question of the Day: What is the strangest/ most unconventional thing you’ve ever had for breakfast?

Mine would probably be a McDonalds apple pie or egg fried rice… don’t judge me lol - ain’t nobody got time to make breakfast at 4am!

The PQ’s Independence Campaign and its Ensuing Ridiculousness. Thoughts?

Earlier this week the PQ launched their campaign to make Quebec a country. Once again Pauline Marois has shown us how insane she and her party are by this ridiculous movement. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, Quebec doesn’t need independence in the first place, no one is taking away their right to speak French or assimilating them out of their culture. All separating will do is break a country and infuriate those individuals within the province that do not wish to separate, as well as the rest of Canada, with the loss of such a vital part of this country. If anything Quebec is one of the most defining parts of Canada, it is why we speak and have French as an official language and is how we have so much of our ‘Canadian’ culture. In fact we get our name as Canadians FROM out French roots - Canadiens. The next four years couldn’t come faster for this party to come out of office.

If you wish to see the senseless campaign video the Parti Quebecois has put out you can watch it here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HJ2nGwlqQXw

“Yesterday, the Parti Quebecois not only launched its new website, but also kicked off his campaign for the independence of Quebec.

Starting today, all efforts of the Parti Quebecois will be on the production and distribution of content related to the item number one of its program to make Quebec a country.

In this first capsule, Pauline Marois, Premier of Québec and Parti Québécois leader, talks about the importance of pride the people of Quebec. Because independence is above all a matter of pride.”

What are your thoughts on this movement?
